We ask that a few, simple guidelines be followed to help us serve you better:

• Return your unused purchase for credit or exchange within 30 days.
• Contact us for a Return Authorization Number (RA#) before returning merchandise (RA# must appear on outside of box to ensure credit).
• Packing errors or damaged merchandise must be reported within five working days of delivery.
• Personalized garments cannot be returned for credit or exchange.
